Most of our group coaching participants know exactly how to show up in the groups they are a part of: They know how to behave in a classroom setting, in a writing group, or in their team at work… But how many know what mindset and attitudes a group coaching session requires? The answer… NOT many!
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to effectively facilitate orientation sessions for group coaching programs, setting the foundation for trust, engagement, and learning. You’ll discover the essential elements that will set your participants up for success and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to make the most out of their coaching sessions.
By the end of the session, you’ll be prepared to confidently lead impactful onboarding experiences that empower participants and ensure a smooth transition into their group coaching journey.
