Susan Eckstein is an executive and leadership coach, group coaching facilitator, and nationally known speaker. Susan’s work is rooted in authentic leadership, and she partners with executives and rising leaders to identify and overcome the mindset barriers to being in their juice and leading from that energy. Her work focuses on four areas: improving communication and executive presence, navigating ambiguity, setting boundaries, and overcoming imposter syndrome.
Susan is a Group Coaching HQ Certified Coach, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® + Coaching Facilitator, and a Clear Beliefs Coach. She is also a passionate event speaker on several topics, including authenticity, leadership, imposter syndrome, and confidence.
As a three-time Ironman competitor and a former certified triathlon coach and running coach, Susan has coached hundreds of men and women to successfully complete their dream athletic events, including triathlons, marathons, and adventure races.
Susan currently lives in Long Beach, NY, with her husband, Tom, and she enjoys long walks on the beach – no, really – in her free time.
