With 15 years of study and practice in ontological learning, Brendalyn is trained in the fields of transformative learning, appreciative inquiry, and servant leadership.

She trained at Coachville — a coaching school based on the foundations of coaching by Thomas Leonard and studied Vertical Development theories that support expanding worldviews.
