Mark Guay is an executive coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience guiding elite athletes, high-impact professionals, and global leaders to achieve peak performance and lasting personal growth. With a focus on parts work and a commitment to men’s leadership, Mark guides leaders to embody executive presence, deliver impactful feedback, and inspire their teams to reach their fullest potential.
Mark instructs at Group Coaching HQ’s ICF-accredited certification program, where he mentors emerging coaches. Throughout his career, he has designed and led leadership programs for top firms like Amazon, Paramount+, JP Morgan, and Goldman Sachs, equipping leaders to master feedback, build sustainable habits, and lead with intention.
As a consultant in the social impact space, Mark helped build Seven Seas Roasting Co., a direct-trade coffee company in San Diego, growing it from an idea to six locations across Southern California. His travels have connected him with coffee farmers throughout Southeast Asia, fostering meaningful relationships across borders. Beyond coffee, Mark has created mindfulness-based online courses that have inspired leaders worldwide, and he is a featured meditation teacher on Insight Timer.
Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Education and is a member of Integral Coaching Canada, the International Coaching Federation, and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. Known for his expertise in habit formation, conflict resolution, executive presence, and public speaking, he is a highly regarded mentor in the coaching community, especially within men’s work. When he’s not coaching, you can find him riding bikes with his son or practicing handstands.
